I certainly don't get energy from seeking attention. Generally I avoid attention and would much rather do things behind the scenes (cooking, baking, cleaning) than step out and be center stage (master of ceremonies, the extrovert). It's funny actually, I've been thinking about reincarnation a lot recently. I can't say I really believe in it but I have a hard time saying that I disbelieve it. I'm realistic that there is nothing optimistic to be about except for the few things for which pessimism just won't do.

Yes, otherwise I wonder if I would ever go out at all. But here at home I make it a habit to not go out on a friday or saturday night unless it is with someone because otherwise it is just lonely.

Also, considering that I have done a good bit of traveling it wasn't always possible to actually go out with anyone I knew since I didn't know anyone ( Read more... )
